Nine Emperor God Festival, Burma Road Penang

Nine Emperor God Festival or better known as Vegetarian Festival is held annually during the Tenth Lunar Month normally around September-October, it's a 9days festival been celebrated by mainly Chinese Taoist.

The main altar for the Nine Emperor God Festival at Kuan Yin See temple at Burmah Road in Georgetown Penang.

Just across the temple is the Madras Lane, came to live every yes during the festival at tons of vegetarian food stall Been set up, it's one of the hotspot for the festival.
